Due to the personal nature of Bathmate products and strict hygiene standards, any item with an opened retail box is considered used and is not eligible for return.

Bathmate products include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years) depending on your location. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and cover product defects under normal use.
