    Alright, so if you’ve read my longer story, you’ll know I’ve been using the Bathmate Hydromax 5 for a couple of years now. But I wanted to go back and break down what actually happened in the first 30 days, because that’s where most people either stick with it or give up.

    When I first started, I didn’t really know what to expect. Part of me thought maybe I’d see some quick results, another part of me assumed it might not do much at all. I was somewhere between curious and skeptical.

    What I quickly realised is that the first month isn’t about big results. It’s about learning the process and building a routine you can actually stick to.

     

    Week 1: Getting the Hang of It

    The first week was honestly a bit of a learning curve. If you’ve never used a pump before, there are a few things you don’t realise until you actually try it.

    Getting a proper seal took some practice. Sometimes it worked perfectly, other times I’d lose pressure halfway through. Figuring out the right amount of water, positioning, and pressure wasn’t as automatic as I expected.

    If you stick with it past the first 30 days, that’s when things start to get interesting.
